Leaving early tomorrow for a road trip out east. Will spend almost a week at an AirBnB in the NY Finger Lakes region. Neither of us have been to the area before, and it sounded interesting. Want to check out a few wineries, breweries, and do some hiking. Not necessarily in that order.
Which strain did you use?An American Amber using Kveik yeast. The grain bill could be a British Bitter but the Kveik gives it a totally different taste.
