Notes:
------
Add 2 oz of Mango extract at kegging or bottling. Very aggressive top fermenter. Prepare and utilize blow off tube during primary fermentation.
I created this recipe based off of several other wheat beer recipes I read up on. I wanted to create an easy drinking back yard type beer. I have a batch of it in my keg right now that is being quickly drained by my friends and family and have all given rave reviews.
The Huell Melon hops create a very juicy fresh melon aroma that blends perfectly with the mango addition to create a well rounded Melon experience.
I used Mango extract this time for ease and because i wanted a very subtle mango flavor. I may add some fresh mango puree to the secondary next time as a variation but the beer is solid as is.
