That's exactly what I've been doing for the last four+ years. Simpson's GP and Weyermann Pilsner is a tasty combination that keeps the beer color very light gold - which I greatly prefer for my hazies... Cheers! :mug:

fwiw, the MKII is programmed directly at the unit while the Rapt controller requires web access and an account with the Rapt portal - it cannot be programmed locally. The MKII "sequential profile" granularity is practically one day per entry with up to 12 sequential temperature entries...
