Closed pressure transfer from a plastic fermentation bucket

You could add a spigot. Have a tube with a liquid ball lock go from the spigot to the liquid post (have the bucket higher than the keg). Have a gas ball lock go from the gas post to the hole for the air lock, and let gravity allow the flow, with the CO2 from the (presumably) purged keg going...

    ANVIL FOUNDRY ALL-GRAIN BREWING SYSTEM

    Sounds right to me.

    ANVIL FOUNDRY ALL-GRAIN BREWING SYSTEM

I think it depends on how you're defining dead space. I think traditionally, it's the space in your mash tun, where you can't drain all the wort - like below the spigot. Some define it as where the mash isn't occurring (at least effectively), like between the mash pipe and and wall of Foundry...

    ANVIL FOUNDRY ALL-GRAIN BREWING SYSTEM

Also, when turning the spigot (I turn it to 90 degrees for whirlpooling), I always try to go clockwise, so it's going in a tightening motion rather than counter-clockwise which might loosen it.

    Fine bubbles vs coarse bubbles?

I had a beer in a competition, where one judge commented "Coarse bubbles" and the other "tiny bubbles".

    Need to go electric...

They're saying you can't have open flame devices in your home? Wow! I can understand on a wooden deck, but no fireplace or gas appliances?

    Wow!!!!!

There are a lot of people that associate quality with expense.

    BIAB vs Mash Quality

I started BIAB about a year ago, and have medaled in a few competitions. Not to brag, but to point out that BIAB is valid. I think it's more process. QC, sanitation, recipe development, temp control, etc.

Adding a recirc pump to my BIAB setup

I have no problems using the Riptide. Not sure about the abilities of smaller pumps. You do get the advantage of better temperature control of the mash.

    Suggestions for first all-grain batch?

@coffeer0aster Join a Homebrew Club. You'll likely have no trouble finding someone to join you for your first brew and show you the ropes.

Inkbird 308 WIFI, what happens if it's without power? Does it reconnect to WIFI?

I've had mine unplugged for weeks between brews. It always reconnects when plugged in.

How to Cold Crash in Fermonster with Airtight Lid?

I've just crashed in the Fermonster (7.9 g). It did suck the sides in, but they pop back out with a little pressure, or return to original temp with no ill effects.

    Dry hopping techniques.

Or, do the hops in a muslin bag with magnets thing.

    Never had a NEIPA

There's also a fine line between fishing and sitting on the shore drinking a beer.

Dry hopping with fermonster closed system

Is a little O2 ingress during active fermentation a big deal, or are you dry hopping after fermentation is complete?

Turning your Fermonster into a complete closed transfer system for cheap!

@Broken Crow Update - I doubled the amount of thread tape I was using, and it seems to have taken care of my NPT leaks. I used Blue Monster thread tape which feels thicker that the normal stuff.
