Long time mead maker, used to make 2.5 gallon batches, and over the last three years, I have upgraded to a CF10 and Flex+ to handle my fermenting needs. Also added a bunch of kegs instead of bottling.
Had to change diet to GF almost a decade ago, and am starting to look into brewing GF beers, because, sometimes you just want a good beer, and commercial GF beers are ... crap.
