I'm doubtful you can transfer the check valve, if that's what you're asking. There are several John Guest in-line check valves, but I doubt they're rated for gas applications. And I don't think they're in the Acetal Inch line, only the Speedfit line.
That John Guest fitting makes me uneasy. I...
It was, yes. And it was very adequate. I have an identical one with the same aluminum bars, but I added a little liquid silicone caulk between the lid and the foam to ensure there was no leakage.
When I decommissioned this freezer to rebuilt it with a 16" collar (for use as a dual 20 gallon...
I also have measurements for the Kenmore 12912 from user andrewmaixner. Thanks!
I'm not super active here anymore (real life getting in the way), so not sure how long it will take to draw up and post.
In case I never get to it, here's the details for anybody interested:
Kenmore 9cf chest...
There is no need for a gasket between the John Guest 5/8" BSPP fitting and the shank. Never had one leak, and I have 10 of them installed.
Tighten to about 12 ft-lb (approx. pulling the wrench around moderate force using one finger) when installing and you'll never see a leak.
Shanks are not...

We didn't program auto-refresh, but it'd be a single line to add to the index.php.
We intended for refreshes to be pushed by AJAX, but it hasn't been implemented yet.
FWIW, my charts show 4 because I've confirmed 4 ball locks fit on the floor with both of GE FCM7SUWW freezers I own.
There's also a GE FCM7DUWW, which definitely only fits 3 on the floor.
I'm not really sure what to say to those that can't fit 4 on the floor. My kegs vary in age from 1950...
It really is quite a tight fit.
But I've fit four in mine many times. All of mine are 1950's - 1980's rubber handle ball locks. Some Cornelius, some Firestone, a few others.
Mine had the normal plastic smells that all of these injection molded things do.
No off tastes or smells in any of my batches.
Any plastic fermenter will reek of yeast and hops soon enough. It doesnt hurt anythin, but if thats undesirable for you, you may want tot invest in a stainless fermenter.
