Seems like the last dozen or so totals are around the 1300 gallon mark, I assume that's total total and not just for 2024. I'm at 30 gallons for this year.

For selling sake maybe include a before picture of the fermenter without the insulated jacket. You could probably snag one from More beer. Just an idea.

La Chute, I like that, but it's really "Little Chute". French explorers who established a trading post there called it Le Petite Chute. Yes, Rite Brew is the spot I shop for most of my needs. I buy brew hardware from bobby at Brewhardware but I'll try some of his brewing ingredients next time.

We're always going to get beat up when it comes to brewing and making references to styles we are used to in the US.
