I am forced to drink inside again our El Paso style of rain (sandstorm) is screwing with me. The temperature is perfect outside for a few cool beers. Currently, at 8:30 PM it is 101° F. All the beers tonight are dedicated to @hout17 for gifting me a Homebrewtalk membership.

I am enjoying a nice cool 95°F evening with homebrew. It's finally getting warm in El Paso, 107°-108° F tomorrow. At least I don't have to freeze like @ThirstyPawsHB.

All my stir plates have two sets of magnets to accommodate different stir bar lengths. I prefer the one-inch bars over the longer ones, better performance.

Have you tried a different gas connector to isolate the problem, poppet, or the gas connector? I use universal poppets like in your picture but mine don't produde out so much. If different gas connectors have the same problem, the poppets can't be pushed down enough, which makes the CO2 leak...
