Poll: Do you have, or plan to get, an electric car?

That’s why I bought my car used, with FSD, when it was very limited, meaning I got it for free. :) When I eventually trade up, if I stick with Tesla, I won’t do it until there’s another FSD transfer period.

Poll: Do you have, or plan to get, an electric car?

Well technically you could do that now if the law didn’t stop Tesla from removing functionality that does in fact work. I’m an FSD complainer, but my issues are related to driving style. I am fully confident that the car can get me from point A to point B safely without my intervention. It will...

    Favorite of experienced brewers.

I bet for many there is a difference between their favorite beer and what they keep on tap most often. There’s processes involved that influence what we chose to regularly brew that go beyond choosing favorites all of the time. Like for me, having only one fermentation chamber for lagering...

    Favorite of experienced brewers.

Almost 20 years brewing. English porter and German lagers are my favorites. What is the style you think experienced brewers gravitate towards?

poll - how do you transfer your beer?

Closed loop gravity/low pressure transfer into a purged keg. Brand new to this (I've done 3) but I will never do it another way again. I noticed a marked difference in the first one which is currently on tap.

An appeal to Northeast U.S. Homebrewers

Haha same here! I made a post about the earthquake a few minutes after I calmed down.

How many gallons brewed in 2024?

    +5 Saison = 1302.75 Gallons

    Pressure transfer question

Update. I’m doing my third closed transfer right now. The gas is still pushing into the fermenter first. It bubbles first before reversing and pushing the beer into the keg. I connect the lines before opening the spigot on the fermenter. What am I doing wrong? Should I not connect the gas like...

An appeal to Northeast U.S. Homebrewers

I was there today and had to *try* to convince Bobby that this post was a good thing. He’s that humble.

Hey @Bobby_M did the French saison yeast come in? I may shoot over tomorrow if so.

Chill and I click “limited lane changes this drive” every time I use it.

An appeal to Northeast U.S. Homebrewers

Bobby is my “local” even though he’s 35-40 minutes away. I pop in at least once a month and end up talking to him almost every time. In fact, I’ll be there again next week to grab my next round of ingredients and some small parts. His customer service rivals any retail business, not just home...

Poll: Do you have, or plan to get, an electric car?

I use it almost every day but have to take over frequently. The #1 issue being ridiculous lane changes when I’m cruising with the flow of traffic. It never did that in prior versions. I wish we could turn off lane changes completely.

Poll: Do you have, or plan to get, an electric car?

Seems like it was a Musk moment as opposed to a business decision. Word is he did it to prove a (stupid) point to the head of the team.
